Here are a few new paintings I will have available at Art and Soup from February 24th to the 26th at the Salt Palace Convention Center. This is such a great fundraiser. I feel privileged to be a participating artist and to offer my paintings to such a good cause. Here is the link to Art and Soup, if you would like more information.

A few paintings I finished this summer of the Oregon and California Coast. We took a trip there last year and it was so beautiful, of course, it always is. This summer my oldest son broke his leg and we spent the entire summer inside building legos. It seems my heart was wishing we could be out hiking and exploring, building sandcastles and playing in the waves.

Four Cows, 5"x7"

There is something about cows in a spacious fields that makes me smile.  My family raised a few cows when I was growing up and they had the most beautiful eyes. To me cows are a symbol of peace and  contentment.

This is one of my newest pieces. It is on sale at the Historic American Fork Presbyterian Church  fundraiser which runs through Saturday. They are trying to raise money for new stained glass windows by local artist, Tom Holdman. They have beautiful quilts for sale and I hope they meet their goal. It is such a beautiful church and I love to hear the bells ring hourly.

Fundraiser for historic American Fork church begins Thursday : AFCITIZEN.com
